Steven S. Elliott

Steven S. Elliott is an associate attorney with Davis and Elliott LLC.  He is a trusted advisor and level headed counselor who handles matters of civil litigation, business and real estate law, and criminal and traffic offenses.  Steve has extensive knowledge in the field of estate law, trust administration and estate planning, including handling matters before the probate courts.  Steve has successfully handled multi-million dollar claims in Ohio and throughout the United States.  Steve has a strong background in law enforcement which makes him a thorough and relentless investigator.  Steve formerly was a Federal Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency in Langley, Virginia.  Steve received the "Exceptional Performance Award" in January 2000, for superior accomplishment and valuable service to the Central Intelligence Agency.  Steve lives in Green, Ohio with his wife Ann and their children, Drew, Grace and Nathan.  Very active in his church and community Steve believes in serving and helping others and looks forward to working with you.
